Lara Logan crushes Obama's mid-east narrative

Lara Logan was the CBS middle-east reporter who was physically attacked by the deranged Muslim men in Tahrir Square during the Arab Spring in Egypt. She gave a speech over the weekend in which she seriously questioned the current US assumption that we have "tamed" the Taliban and Al Qaeda.....

She's exactly right. Just because Obama and Hillary think we've 'tamed' the Taliban and the Arab Spring is a peaceful, student revolution doesn't mean that is so. They tell us that because the oblivious American people need to believe it if Obama is going to get re-elected. If the Taliban and Al Qaeda are as determined as ever to harm us, and are capable of fighting us, then Obama's middle-east policies have utterly failed. 

And I think that fact is self-evident.
