“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

Pulling back the curtain to reveal the wizard

It seems that almost every day we get more evidence that the man-made global warming house of cards that Al Gore has erected is crashing down around him to the amusement of rational, thinking Americans like me...

Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human- induced—cause, according to one scientist's controversial theory.

In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row.

Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of the St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by changes in the sun.

"The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars," he said.

It's almost as if what I've been saying all along turns out to have been true...that the slight (1.0degree C in the last 100 years) global temperature increase is the result of a natural cosmic phenomenon over which humans have absolutely no control.

Think about the movie The Wizard of Oz: The notion of man-made climate-change is like the Land of Oz, a complete figment of the imagination. The mindless zealots who believe unconditionally in the imaginary world of man-made global warming are the Munchkins of Oz, and the wizard of Oz, the man behind the curtain controlling it all, is Al Gore.

If you don't remember, Toto, Dorothy's dog and the only sane character in the movie, pulled back the curtain and exposed the Wizard of Oz to be nothing but a manipulative, decietful, weasel of a man, who derives his power from smoke-and-mirrors and slight-of-hand magic tricks...exactly like Al Gore and the radical environmental movement.

I love when liberalism is exposed as the insidious cult that it is.
